What sets Casa di Lumi apart: the house is divided into two independent zones — the main house with open kitchen-living area, parents’ bedroom and children’s room, and an attached studio with its own entrance and two further bedrooms. Together sleeping up to ten guests — ideal for families or groups who want both togetherness and privacy.

The heated private pool makes swimming possible at any time of year, with deeper and shallower areas for adults and children. On the large terrace: an outdoor grill for Mediterranean evenings, and a second terrace for lunchtime picnics — and always that view across the hills of the Balagne down to the sea.

The open kitchen with its inviting breakfast bar is more than a place to cook — it’s the heart of the house. Here you cook together, share a glass of wine, and watch the sun set over the gulf. Fully equipped for longer stays.
