In the heart of the Balagne — with sea views

Casa di Lumi sits on the hillside above the bay of Calvi, set into the maquis landscape of the Balagne. From the terrace and pool, your eye travels over the hills down to the Mediterranean. The house is generously laid out and split into two independent zones: the main house and an attached studio with its own entrance.

This layout makes Casa di Lumi unusually flexible — as a family home for up to ten people, for two families travelling together who want their own space, or as a main residence with a separate guest wing.

The main house

The main house holds the heart of Casa di Lumi: an open-plan kitchen-living room with a large breakfast bar, the parents’ bedroom, the children’s bedroom, a full bathroom and a separate guest WC. Generous windows let the Mediterranean light in, and from the living area you step straight onto the two terraces.

The studio

The attached studio has its own entrance and works as a self-contained unit: two bedrooms, its own bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor area. The bedrooms are bright and welcoming, with soft fabrics and charming Mediterranean touches. Ideal for a second family wanting privacy, or as a roomy guest wing — without crossing the main house.

Private pool & outdoor area

The heated private pool makes swimming possible at any time of year, with deeper and shallower areas. On the large terrace with mountain views: an outdoor grill for evenings under the open sky, and a second terrace with sea views. This is where your Corsican holiday feels most like a holiday.

Fully equipped with dishwasher, large oven, ceramic cooktop, Nespresso machine and everything a longer stay requires. The open kitchen with its inviting breakfast bar is more than a place to cook — it’s the meeting point of the house.
